Royal Canin Senior Consult is a dry feed for old medium-sized dogs that can use a little help to deter the effects of ageing which could drastically reduce their life quality. The brain of an elderly dog regresses just as a human brain does. To keep the neurons firing properly, the essential nutrients - Phosphatidylserine & L-tryptophan - that contribute to neurological health need to be easily digestible so that they can be easily transported to the correct destinations. Therefor, Royal Canin Senior Consult uses high quality, easily digestible sources of protein and fibres that are beneficial for the gastrointestinal flora. The high quality protein provide sufficient nutrients to steer clear of muscle degradation. Lastly, minerals ensure their bones will remain flexible throughout their senior years. Royal Canin Senior Consult, help your older dog get the maximum of its retirement.
