Specific Endocrine Support is a diet food for cats who suffer from diabetes mellitus and/or pancreatitis.
Specific Endocrine Support is a special dry cat food aimed toward cats who suffer from diabetes. The mixture has a low glycemic index and is very low in carbohydrates and high in fibres to ensure regulated blood sugar levels. Furthermore it has a low fat content to support pancreatitic conditions. Antioxidants are readily available in the form of Vitamin C, E and fruit extracts to combat oxidative stress, a common associated cause of diabetes. Finaly, thanks to the omega-3 fatty-acids and beta-glucans the skin is taken care of whilst their insulin levels are kept in check. Specific Endocrine Support, time for a change.
Fresh fish, maize protein, hydrolysed salmon protein, potato protein, naked oats, egg powder, lentils, cellulose powder, fish oil, animal protein hydrolysate, fish meal, pork fat, vitamins and trace elements (including chelated trace elements), minerals, Antarctic krill, algae meal (source of DHA), fructo-oligo-saccharides, ammonium chloride, psyllium husk, taurine, grape seed and olive extract, yeast (source of βß-1,3/1,6 glucans), pomegranate extract, cranberry extract, rosemary extract, methionine, L-carnitine, With natural antioxidants (tocopherols and vitamin C).
